SATISFACTION  OR  REIMBURSEMENT

"Moretti Pipes" guarantees unconditionally all its products. Shopping on line is comparable to shopping by catalogue and is therefore subject to the conditions of the Italian Law Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185.

The unsatisfied customer can value his right of withdrawal sending within 10 days, from the receipt of the product, an e-mail to  marco.biagini16@tin.it , containing: his right to withdrawal, the indication of the product, the order number and his c/c banking datas. Then to obtain a refund the customer must send back the product within 10 days of delivery to the following address:

Warning: the product must not be damaged. If the product is damaged it may not be returned. The product must be returned along with the delivery receipt and/or the bill of consignment attached to the goods at the moment of delivery.

 

Refund of 9charges:

Within 10 days of receiving of the product, "Moretti Pipes" will provide a refund by bank transfer. The refund covers only the price of the product. It does not in any case include any additional costs for shipping and delivery of the product, which will not be refunded and will be at the customer's expense. PRIVACY

The recording of personal data regarding the customer is applied in light of the law of December 31 1996 n. 675 about "Tutelage of people and other subjects regarding the handling of personal information". "Moretti Pipes" guarantees 9total protection of private information and is committed not to supply the data to any externat organisation. In addition, "Moretti Pipes" declares that information is collected for the sole purpose given and will be processed electronically  conforming to existing laws. The supply of the data is compulsory for it is necessary for the successful completion of the purchase. An eventual refusal to supply information implies a cancellation of the contract and of the services supplied. The customer can access freely at any time his own personal information in order to update, modify, integrate, or merely object to the use of the data. With the confirmation of the buying order the customer guarantees the validity of the information provided and gives his approval to their use.

 

 

DIRITTO DI RECESSO

"Moretti Pipe" garantisce incondizionatamente tutti i suoi prodotti.

Il cliente non soddisfatto può esercitare il DIRITTO DI RECESSO (D.Lgs 22/05/99 n. 185) inviando entro 10 giorni lavorativi dalla ricezione del prodotto una raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento, contenente: la manifestazione di volontà di avvalersi di tale diritto, l'indicazione del prodotto, il numero d'ordine e i dati relativi al proprio c/c bancario (Istituto bancario, agenzia di riferimento 9e numero di c/c) al seguente indirizzo:

Per ottenere il rimborso del corrispettivo il consumatore dovrà inoltre rispedire al mittente per mezzo 9posta il prodotto.

Attenzione: il prodotto deve essere restituito perfettamente integro. Se l'oggetto è stato danneggiato o 9usato non sarà possibile restituirlo.

Entro 10 giorni lavorativi dalla ricezione della merce da parte della "Moretti Pipe" provvederemo al RIMBORSO mediante bonifico bancario. Il suddetto rimborso si riferisce esclusivamente al prezzo del prodotto: in  ogni caso le spese per la restituzione del prodotto non saranno oggetto di rimborso e, pertanto rimarranno a carico del consumatore.

 

RISERVATEZZA DEI DATI PERSONALI

In conformità con la legge del 31 Dicembre 1996 n. 675 "Tutela delle persone e di altri soggetti rispetto al 9trattamento dei dati personali" la "Moretti Pipe" garantisce la totale protezione delle informazioni private e si impegna a non fornire le stesse a nessuna organizzazione esterna, Inoltre dichiara che i dati vengono raccolti con l'esclusiva finalità di assolvimento della disposizione impartita e verranno trattati elettronicamente in conformità con le leggi vigenti. Il conferimento dei dati ha natura obbligatoria in quanto finalizzati a permettere l'accesso ai servizi resi dalla ditta. Un eventuale rifiuto a rispondere comporta l'annullamento del contratto o del servizio. In qualsiasi momento il consumatore potrà accedere liberamente ai propri dati per aggiornarli, modificarli, integrarli o semplicemente opporsi al loro 9utilizzo, per le formalità qui indicate scrivendo a "Moretti Pipe" o inviando una e-mail a  marco.biagini16@tin.it

Con la conferma dell'ordine 9d'acquisto il cliente garantisce la veridicità dei dati forniti e presta il suo consenso al trattamento degli stessi.
