Right of Withdrawal – Pipe Moretti
1. Withdrawal Period
In accordance with the Consumer Code (Articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005), customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without providing any reason, within 14 days from receipt of the products.
2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send an explicit communication to:

The communication can be sent by email, PEC, or registered letter. Customers may use the standard withdrawal form provided by law, but this is not mandatory.
3. Returning the Products
• Products must be returned intact, unused, and complete with their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated by Pipe Moretti.
• Products must be returned within 14 days from the communication of withdrawal.
4. Refunds
• Pipe Moretti will refund all payments received (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal communication.
• Refunds will be made using the same payment method chosen by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
• Pipe Moretti may withhold the refund until the products have been received or until proof of shipment has been provided by the customer.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Customized or tailor-made products.
• Sealed products that have been opened after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons.
• Products which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate rapidly.
